“Boss, She Said No Again” follows Rowena Thorne, who returns to New York after spending years abandoned by her father.

Rowena was two when her mother died, and her father left her to be with his mistress. He also took control of the inheritance her mother had received from her grandfather, leaving Rowena with nothing.

Before her mother died, she arranged for Rowena to marry into the powerful Kingsley family. Sixteen years later, Rowena’s estranged father contacts her about the engagement, giving her the opportunity to finally return to New York.

But Rowena isn’t coming back for marriage alone. She wants answers about her mother’s death and plans to reclaim what was taken from her.

Once she arrives, her family pressures her to give up the engagement so her half-sister Serena can take her place. Instead, Rowena decides to stay engaged to Chris Kingsley long enough to gain access to the Kingsley estate and investigate what really happened to her mother.

Things become more complicated after Rowena saves Damien Kingsley, the elder son of the Kingsley family, during a mafia attack. Drawn to Rowena’s fearless personality, Damien inserts himself into her life despite her repeated attempts to push him away.

Volodymyr Pielikh as Damien Kingsley

Volodymyr Pielikh plays Damien Kingsley, the intimidating eldest son of the Kingsley family whose life becomes entangled with Rowena’s after she saves him during a mafia attack.

Pielikh has become increasingly familiar to vertical drama audiences through projects including “Thread of Fate,” “Pay Your Rent with Love,” “Daddy Can You Hear Me Cry?” “The Return of the Mafia Queen,” and "The Summer I Turned My Sexiest." He is a Ukrainian actor, model, and artist based in Los Angeles who speaks five languages, including Ukrainian, Russian, Spanish, and Portuguese.

In an interview, Pielikh said joining the vertical drama world felt like “the right place at the right time” and explained that the genre introduced him to new opportunities in the entertainment industry. He also shared that growing up in Ukraine and traveling across more than 45 countries shaped his understanding of different cultures and people.

Outside acting, Pielikh said he hopes to eventually produce his own projects and pursue humanitarian goals, including building orphanages, supporting animal sanctuaries, and helping Ukraine rebuild after the war.

Alexa Reddy stars as Rowena Thorne, the determined young woman who enters the Kingsley family under a false identity while secretly investigating her mother’s disappearance.

Reddy has appeared in a large number of vertical dramas and television projects, including “Love Beyond Sight,” “Artificial Love,” “Pregnant by the Heartless Lycan King,” “From Gold Digger to His Lucky Charm,” and “The Summer Swap Game.”

Earlier in her career, she also appeared in projects such as “Before the Dawn,” “American Vernacular,” and “The Good Samaritan.”

Reddy began acting professionally at a young age and steadily built a career across independent films, television, and short-form dramas. Nilo Benicio as Chris Kingsley

Nilo Benicio appears as Chris Kingsley, Damien’s brother, whose engagement to Rowena becomes a source of tension in the family.

Benicio’s recent credits include “The Price of Loving You,” “Dominated by My Dad’s Boss,” “The Rejected Luna Is the Alpha,” “Too Late to Love Me, Mafia King,” and “The Last Roommate.” He is a dual American-Brazilian actor who was raised across four countries, something he says gives him a broader perspective when approaching characters.

Tori Kay as Serena Thorne
