What Is "The Duke's Wayward Wallflower" About?
"The Duke's Wayward Wallflower" follows Felicity Bishop, a shy young woman whose life is turned upside down after her father's death. Left without a home and seemingly without money, she is rescued by the Duke of Mandrick and taken to London at the request of her cousin, the Earl of Shepley.
Tasked with serving as Felicity's temporary guardian, the duke is determined to help her secure a respectable marriage before the social season ends. As Felicity learns to navigate London's elite society, the duke finds himself increasingly drawn to her wit and charm, even as both pursue other potential matches.

Much of the drama centers on Felicity's transformation as she gains confidence, adapts to high society, and discovers her own worth. Along the way, she develops feelings for the Duke of Mandrick.

Joshua Duncan as the Duke of Mandrick
Joshua Duncan plays the Duke of Mandrick, the nobleman tasked with overseeing Felicity's introduction to London society.
The duke believes marriage should be based on security and practicality rather than romance, putting him at odds with Felicity from the start. Despite his cold exterior and insistence on finding her a suitable husband, he gradually develops feelings for her as they spend more time together.
Born in Scotland, Duncan trained at the Stella Adler Conservatory in New York City before pursuing acting professionally. His previous credits include the vertical dramas "The Billionaire Heir's Double Faced Lover," "Unsubscribed from Your Love," and the upcoming series "Mafia Brother Let Me Go."
