This one is for fans of vertical dramas and thrillers. As more and more thriller storylines are making it into the space, I wanted to highlight one of the early risk-takers to give us a killer (pun intended) vertical thriller that will have you at the edge of your seat from the opening scene.

There's always a way to tell difficult stories without being intentionally triggering for clicks. This vertical is a masterclass in how to do it. It knows when to lean into the comedy and humor that a forced-marriage setup presents, but it also knows when to slow down for the darker moments.

I really liked how the conflicts were shaped. They are not driven by outright homophobia or misogyny, but they are still influenced by the characters’ queerness.

Oh. Oh my. This might be one of the most beautiful vertical dramas I’ve watched. I cried. I felt their emotions, their pain, and their frustration with each other and the situations they were trapped in.
