Some of the artists shining in vertical soap operas aren't just dedicated to acting. Many are also amazing singers, but Shanna Shea Sinow rounds up her talents with dancing, making her an all-around threat rising in the industry.

Shanna Shea Sinow's path into entertainment is nothing short of inspiring. She is paving her way into different aspects of shorts and vertical micro-dramas. Let's get to know her better!

Shanna Shea Sinow: Her Background

With a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Musical Theater and a dance minor from the University of Central Missouri, this actress is well on her way to becoming a star. According to an interview with Madison Magazine on May 18, 2025, she began taking dancing classes at the age of nine.

"But then it all really picked up in high school," Sinow shared. "I started taking voice lessons, and I was dancing, and I started doing plays when I was younger, and I just realized that that's what I wanted to do for the rest of my life."

She has conquered the stage with roles like Madame in "Cinderella" and Mercutio in "Romeo and Juliet." But Sinow is also extremely passionate about choreography. After more than 12 years dedicated to dancing, she became a choreographer, even handling that aspect for "Remember the Dance," the original dance-play by Aaron Scully.

Now, she's shining in the growing industry of vertical dramas after relocating from her hometown in Kansas City, Missouri, to Los Angeles, California.

Shanna Shea Sinow: Her Vertical Dramas

Sinow told Vertical Drama Love's Meet the Creatives section that she found this industry after seeing an audition ad on Facebook for a werewolf story. After sending an acting reel, she landed a supporting role in "Her Cold-Hearted Alpha," and her life changed.

Some of her other micro-dramas include "Fight For Love," "My Beloved True Gentleman," "Call Me by Your Heart," "Escaping the Bridezilla," "Swipe Wright: Dating 101," and "I Accidentally Slept with My Professor."

Her other projects are "The Governor's Forbidden Heiress," "Single Mom by Mistake: CEO Wife by Fate," and "Mr. Vampire Wants Me Every day," where she played a lead for the first time, so it holds a special place in her heart.

While filming that mini soap opera, she had to use a whip during an intimate scene with her co-star Kasey Esser, which was a crazy experience. Both actors have collaborated on a few other projects since.

During her short interview with Vertical Drama Love, Sinow explained that she wished people understood how hard this industry can be.

"Verticals are filmed extremely fast paced, often in 5 days and everybody on set has to be in sync to put them together in that amount of time [sic]!" she revealed. Still, being part of this industry is a point of pride because acting has been her goal since she was a child.

However, Sinow has had a hard time finding a balance between her career and her personal life because, as she told Madison Magazine, she loves it so much.

"But there's a lot of important people in my life that I also have to prioritize. So, it's been a fun like I've enjoyed figuring it out, but it has been a little bit of figuring out," she explained.

In the future, she hopes to act in a Western story, whether it's a vertical drama or another project. "I love like the cowboys. I think it would be so fun. I've done like a Southern accent, more of like a Texas style dialect before, so I have a lot of fun with that kind of stuff," Sinow said.
